Few days after she suffered a severe allergic reaction, actress-host Kris Aquino was rushed to a hospital on Thursday night.
In an Instagram post, Aquino said she tried her best to fulfill her work obligations but her body just “gave up.” She wrote: “I tried to fulfill all my work obligations, pero bumigay na. Now confined & will do CT Scan. My BP was 150/100. Going down for tests.”
Aquino returned to work on Tuesday after suffering from a severe allergic reaction after she mistakenly took the medicine of her son Joshua that has ibuprofen, which she is allergic to.
According to Aquino’s doctor, the swelling from the allergic reaction will subside after five days.
