Robin Padilla Asks ‘Allah’ to Take Him Out of the Philippines

Action star Robin Padilla took to Instagram to express his disappointment over the justice system in the Philippines after one of the suspects in the Maguindanao massacre was freed on bail.

On Monday, Sajid Islam Ampatuan was given temporary freedom by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court after Branch 221 Judge Jocelyn Solis Reyes said the evidence is not strong enough for the continued detention of the son of former Maguindanao Governor Andal Ampatuan Sr.

Ampatuan posted a bail set at P200,000 per murder account or P11.6 million .

In his Instagram account, he asked Allah to take him and his wife Mariel Padilla out of the ‘forsaken land’ and saying that there is ‘no room for change in this country’.
